Membership number will show up on your screen upon completion of the registration so make sure to take note of it. Membership number will be sent to your registered e-mail account within 24 hours as well.
Also, you can check your number on your ""Digital Membership Card"".
Membership number is a number consisting of 6-digit numbers + WP at the beginning (total of 8).

This number will be issued and sent to your e-mail after completing the registration.
Also, your membership number is on your ""Digital Membership Card"".

How to Renew

In [My Page], you can renew your membership from 3 months before the expiration date.
Only [Credit card payment] is available.
For [Credit card payment], automatic renew setting is also possible.

"Notice of the start of membership renew procedure" email will be delivered three months before the expiration of the membership. In addition, "Notification of the expiration of the membership" email will be delivered for those who have not paid two months before the expiration of the membership and on the 1st and 25th of the expiration month.
However, you may not receive the e-mail due to errors or other reasons. Please make sure to check the membership expiration period yourself, and if you wish to continue, please renew your membership (make a payment) within the membership expiration date.

* Please note that we can not respond to inquiries such as failure to renew membership due to the lack of the email.
* Email will be delivered to your registered main email address regardless of your email news settings.
You can check your membership expiration date with your [Digital Membership Card], [MY MENU] (like human icon) and [My Page] at the top right of the WORLD P.T.A. website.
If the membership period has expired, you will not be able to renew for any reason. In that case, you will have to apply for a new membership and get a new membership number.
* After aplying a new membership, a new membership number will be issued, but there is no difference in member benefits depending on the order of membership numbers.
If payment of the annual membership fee is completed by the membership expiration date, the procedure is completed.

* The membership renew procedure is not based on the date when the payment can be confirmed at the fanclub, but based on the date when the payment was made.
* After payment, the [receipt] remaining on hand will be the only proof. If you lost, you will not be able to confirm your payment at all.
Please be careful not to lose it until you can confirm that the membership expiration date has been renewed by yourself!

In addition, as soon as payment is confirmed, we will send [[P.T.A.] Notification of membership renew  payment confirmation] email to the registered main e-mail address as a support.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive a [Notice of membership renew payment confirmation of "WORLD P.T.A."] email to your registered main email address.
Please note that depending on the timing of the membership renew procedure, you may receive a "Member Expiration Notice" email due to the system's convenience. Please be careful not to pay twice.
Please confirm the membership expiration date after completing membership renew procedure on [My Page].

About Automatic Renew Setting

About "Automatic Renew"
If you set the automatic renew from “Renew membership Procedure” in [My Page] three months before the membership expiration (eg, In case that your membership expiration is June 30, by March 31),  annual membership fee is automatically settled from the registered credit card every year.
* Payment will be made with your registered credit card on the 1st of the expiration month.
* Debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used.
You can proceed from the automatic renew cancellation from "mambership renew" of [My Page].
The procedure for suspension of automatic renew is until the last day of the month before the membership expiration month. Please note that payment will be completed on the 1st of the month.

* If you stop automatic renew, you need to renew membership by yourself. You will be notified by e-mail and [My Page] when the membership renew period (within three months of the membership expiration) is reached.
When you log in to the member-only website or to [My Page], the [Automatic renew] icon is displayed in the “Member expiration date” field. If it is not displayed, please check from "Automatic Renew".

* Changes to credit card information and procedures for automatic renew have to be made by the end of the month before the membership expiration month. Please note that payment will be completed when the membership expiration date is 1st of the month.
You can check your registered credit card information from "Automatic Renew" of [My Page].

Please cancel the automatic renew by clicking "Click here for automatic renew cancellation" displayed on the same page by the end of the membership renew period (three months before the membership expiration).
After that, please register a new credit card number again from "Automatic Renew".

For changes within the membership renew period (within three months of the membership expiration date), only cancellations can be made.
After the cancellation, you need to renew membership by yourself. Please note that it is not automatic renew.
By the end of the renew period (three months before the membership expiration), please register from "My Page" "Automatic Renew".

If you set automatic renewal, the annual membership fee will be settled automatically from the registered credit card every year.
Payment will be made on the 1st of the membership expiration month.
As soon as the process is successfully completed, a notification will be send to the main email address of your registration.
Please log in to [My Page] and check that the expiration date has been renewed for one year.
The credit card you registered for automatic renew has not been approved by the credit card company.

* It is possible that the name, number, or expiration date of the card you entered is incorrect or the card is invalid.

About Membership Card

You can check your ""Digital Membership Card"" from the top right tab of the website.

You can print out the card from PC and bring it when needed.

About Packages Sent Via Post

Packages sent through post is not part of WORLD P.T.A. membership privileges.

P.T.A.BOOK and P.T.A.DISC (published once a year) are sent to P.T.A. members which comes with their membership. We plan to make them available for purchase by WORLD P.T.A. members as well but cannot include them as part of the membership privileges. We ask for your understanding.
We plan to make P.T.A.BOOK and P.T.A.DISC (once a year) also available for purchase by WORLD P.T.A. members; however, we cannot include them as part of the membership privileges. 

These items are only available for limited time only so please make sure to purchase while they are.

About the Registered Personal Info for WORLD P.T.A.

Your registered name must be your official name which matches exactly with your name printed on the passport.

Membership privileges are only serviced to the member him/herself.

For some events, IDs may be checked at the entrance. In that case, your WORLD P.T.A. registered name must match your official ID.
We do not accept changes of membership names. (not even to your family member)
We do not accept changes of countries.
Your e-mail address can be changed through “Registeration information Check / Change” page within “My Page”. We cannot change on your behalf even if you contact WORLD P.T.A. so please make the changes yourself. All announcements from WORLD P.T.A. are sent via e-mail so please make sure you have your latest e-mail address registered to receive the news.
If you entered the incorrect info, that section will be shown in red with error message. Please review the error message and re-enter the correct information.

About WORLD P.T.A. Member Only Website

The website is in English mainly. Also, we have automatic translation system available so please translate to your language and enjoy the site.
You can join anytime from "About Fanclub" page.

If you are currently member, you can renew your membership and may keep your membership ID, and membership number to receive services. 
After completing registration, you can login with ID(email address) and password you registered.
Please check your membership ID on the top right tab of the website. Also, you can check it on your "Digital Membership Card".
WORLD P.T.A. cannot provide your password.

Please go to “Forgot your password?” under login screen of member only website and follow the instructions to have the new password issued.

Generally, WORLD P.T.A. send out e-mails between 9 am to 9 pm (JP time); however, the time varies depending on your time zone. Your understanding is appreciated.

WORLD P.T.A. membership ID (e-mail address) and password are required to purchase exclusive fanclub merchandises.
