Will I receive an e-mail for membership renew procedures? When will I receive it?
For those who have not confirmed the payment, we will send an email about the continuation of membership 3 months and 2 months before the expiration date of membership, and around the 1st and 25th of the expiration date of membership.
However, the e-mail may not be delivered due to an error, etc., so please be sure to check the membership expiration date by yourself, and if you wish to continue your membership, please proceed with the renewal procedure (payment) within the membership expiration date.

*Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries such as if you were unable to proceed with the renewal procedure because you did not receive the renewal notification email.
*It will be sent only to those who have registered their email address and set to "receive" the continuation announcement email.
*If you wish to cancel the subscription notification email, please change the email reception setting in "Registration informationCheck / Change" in "My Page."

*Those who have set automatic continuation
For members with automatic continuation enabled, we will send an advance payment notification email around the 15th of the month before the expiration of the membership term.
