The following are the five main possible reasons for 3D Secure authentication failure (error).
① You have not applied for or set up 3D Secure
② Your card does not support 3D Secure authentication
③ You have entered the incorrect password or personal information
④ Possible unauthorized use of your card has been detected
⑤ You have registered an e-mail address that is in violation of an RFC
Please contact your credit card company to find out if your card supports 3D Secure and for information on how to set up 3D Secure.
Even if you have entered your credit card information correctly, you will not be able to proceed if your credit card company does not authorize the transaction for any reason. In such a case, please consider using a different credit card.
