ファンクラブ「BROS.+」からのメールニュースが届きません。／The newsletter emails from Bros.+ are not being delivered.
下記の可能性がございますので、ご確認下さい。
1)「メールニュースを受け取る」に設定されていない。
メールニュースは、「メールニュースを受け取る」の設定をされている会員の方へのみ、配信しております。
会員限定サイト内「MY PAGE」の【ご登録情報確認・変更】ページよりご自身の受信設定をご確認下さい。
2)「迷惑メール」として自動で振り分け・受信拒否されている。
迷惑メールボックス等全ての受信ボックスを今一度ご確認下さい。
メールの受信設定に関しては、ご自身でご確認下さい。
※ドメインが【@amuse.co.jp】からのメールを受信できるように設定して下さい。
3)正しいメールアドレスが登録されていない。
「MY PAGE」にてメールアドレスの登録情報をご確認下さい。
尚、メールニュースが届かなかった場合の再配信は行なっておりません。
「MY PAGE」内「メール配信履歴」にて、同内容を掲載しておりますのでご確認下さい。
※システムの都合上、「メール配信履歴」の反映までには配信から1時間程お時間を頂きます。
※「受け取らない」設定をされており、実際に配信されていないメールはご覧頂けません。ご了承下さい。
Please check the following to see if any of the reasons listed below are the cause.
(1)The “receive newsletters” setting has not been selected.
Newsletter emails are only sent to members who have selected the “receive newsletters” setting.
From the members-only site please go to the “Registration Information Confirmation・Change” section in your MY PAGE and check whether you have opted to receive these notifications in your settings.
(2) The emails have been automatically sorted as spam / the email domain has been blocked
Please double check your spam box to confirm the newsletters are not being sent there.
Kindly confirm in your own email settings that you are allowing messages from BROS.+.
※ Please change your settings and whitelist the domain {@amuse.co.jp} or add it to your address book to ensure you receive emails.
(3) A new email address has not been registered.
Please confirm your email address in the Registration Information section of your MY PAGE.
Please note, unreceived newsletters will not be resent.
In the “Email History” section of your MY PAGE you can check past newsletter content.
※ As a function of the system, newsletter content is copied to the “Email History” section roughly 1 hour after the original email is sent.
※ If you have opted to not receive newsletters, you will not be able to view history for emails that have never actually been sent. Thank you for your understanding.
