「生年月日」が誤った情報で登録されている場合、どこで変更できますか？／If I register with incorrect information about my date of birth, where can I change this?
生年月日はご自身で変更ができない項目となり、原則変更を承っておりません。誤った情報で登録されている場合は、下記をご確認下さい。
▼A!-ID連携済みの方
A!-IDサイト内【ヘルプ】にございます「Q：間違えて登録した生年月日を変更したい」をご確認の上、A!-IDへお問い合わせ下さい。
※「BROS.+」では変更できません。
※生年月日の変更はA!-IDに誤った生年月日を登録してしまった場合に限ります。ご家族様等、別の方のA!-IDで連携してしまった場合は、〔Q:連携したいA!-IDとは別のA!-IDで連携してしまいました。〕をご確認下さい。
▼A!-ID未連携の方
下記必須記入事項をご明記の上、「BROS.+」までお問合せ下さい。

お問い合わせタイトル：ご登録内容の変更及び訂正について
(1) お問い合わせの詳細(どのような理由で変更を希望されているか)
(2) 会員番号
(3) お名前
(4) 登録がない、または誤りがある項目名：生年月日
(5) 現在の登録
(6) 正しい情報
(7) ご連絡先お電話番号

You cannot change your date of birth yourself, and as a general rule it is not something we shall change. If the information is incorrect, please see below.
▼ For people who are linked with their A!-ID
On the A!-ID website, please check the FAQ "I want to change incorrectly registered date of birth information" in the help section, and make an inquiry to A!-ID.
*BROS.+ cannot make any changes.
*You can only change your incorrect date of birth registered on your A!-ID. If your A!-ID is linked with another person's, such as a family member, please see the FAQ "I linked my A!-ID with one other than the A!-ID I want to link mine with."
▼For people who are not linked with their A!-ID
Please inquire wit BROS.+ with the following required information.

Inquiry title:Change or Correction of Registered Information
1. Details of your inquiry (what sort of reason you wish to make changes for)
2. Membership number
3. Name
4. Item name which is not registered, or is incorrect: date of birth
